For teachers, trainers, facilitators and writers who already recommend the tools they use. You get your own link. When someone who came through it pays for klapp, you get 30% of what klapp earns from them in their first year, after payment fees and AI costs. You don't join any affiliate network, and there is no exclusivity: you invoice us, and we pay.

Once five paying customers have come through your link, you also get 30% of what klapp earns from those customers in their second year.

A four-week trial
The goal is at least 10 rounds with 4 or more players and at least one purchase through your link. Each month you get an e-mail with your numbers, so you can see how close you are.
What you can sell
klapp for Work. The Business subscription, for internal presentations, all-hands and kickoffs: polls, Q&A and quiz on everyone's phone, with the company name on the big screen. 600 questions a month and two Q&A sessions a month with 200 answers each. $619 or €619 a year outside Norway, tax included, 4 490 kr a year in Norway. Pricing.
klapp for Events. For conferences, seminars and kickoffs. In Norway, the conference day: Q&A in every session and as many quizzes as you like, 2 990 kr a day. Outside Norway today: the event package, $29 for up to three quizzes in one event, and Q&A from $12 per session. For organizers.
If you resell. Event agencies, AV companies and facilitators who sell klapp to their own clients get the same share as partners. We invoice the client, or you, at the full price on playklapp.com. Section 3 of the terms has the details.
How it works
Your link. When we take you on, you get a code, such as p-anna. Add
?fra=p-anna to any page on playklapp.com, for example
https://playklapp.com/christmas-quiz?fra=p-anna. The code follows the visitor to the button that
starts a game. When a host who is signed in opens a game or an event with it, the code is stored on their
customer record at our payment provider, and every payment they make in the next year counts for you.
Your numbers. Once a month we e-mail you a short report: page visits through your link, games started, rounds with 4 or more players, purchases, and what you have earned. Counts and amounts only, never who the customers are.
Getting paid. Every quarter we send you a statement. You invoice Cadence AS for the amount, and we pay by bank transfer within 30 days. The rest is in the terms below.
What to show people. The quiz is free, players never sign up, and points reward confidence, not just speed. Teachers upload their own slides and klapp writes the questions. Prices are on pricing; please use those, and the descriptions on our pages, rather than your own figures.
The terms
This agreement is between you and Cadence AS (Norwegian org. no. 912 024 652), which sells klapp. It starts when we confirm by e-mail that you are a partner.
- What you get. 30% of what klapp earns from customers you refer in their first year, counted from the first time they used your link: what they pay, after refunds, minus VAT and other sales taxes, payment fees and the AI costs of their use as we measure or estimate them, never below zero. This rate is for the first ten partners; partners who join after them get 25%. The statement shows how the amount was worked out.
- Year two. Once five paying customers have come through your link, you also get 30% of what klapp earns from those customers in their second year, worked out the same way.
- Resellers. If you sell klapp to your own clients, the same share applies. We invoice the client, or you, at the full price on playklapp.com. There is no reseller discount.
- Who counts. Only new, paying customers who arrive through your own link, and only purchases on playklapp.com that we can tie to that link. Ready-made quizzes bought on Etsy do not count. Not yourself, your own accounts or existing customers.
- Trial. The first four weeks are a trial. The goal is at least 10 rounds with 4 or more players and at least one purchase through your link. If the goal isn't met, we will usually end the partnership.
- Payout. We send you your numbers every month and a statement every quarter. You invoice Cadence AS for the amount on the statement. We pay within 30 days, no earlier than 30 days after the purchase. Amounts under NOK 200 roll over to the next quarter. You must invoice from your own business. Tax on the amount is your responsibility.
- What you promise. You speak only for yourself. You can't make promises, discounts or deals on behalf of klapp or Cadence AS. Use the prices and descriptions on playklapp.com.
- Marketing. Label content with your link as an ad or sponsored, as the law requires. No spam, no unsolicited email or texts, no bought followers, clicks or reviews, and no search ads on the name "klapp".
- Ending. Either side can end the partnership at any time by email. Cadence AS can end it at once for a breach of section 7 or 8, and unpaid amounts tied to the breach lapse. Purchases made before the end are paid under section 6 unless they came from a breach.
- Privacy. You get counts and amounts, never who the customers are.
- We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Norwegian law applies.
