The Christmas kit

  1. Make the quiz. Type one topic, such as Christmas around the world, or upload your own slides. The questions are written for you in a minute or two. Read them, fix or drop any you would not defend out loud.
  2. Play it. The questions go on the big screen or a shared screen in a video call. Everyone answers on their own phone, Chromebook or PC with a code. No app and no account for players.
  3. Film the room. The moment before the answer, the reveal and the standings. Film the screen, the phones and yourself. Show no pupils' faces or names unless your school has said yes, and ask colleagues before they are on camera.

We send you a short brief with three hooks that work, and the clips we made ourselves, so you can see the format before you film.

What you get

  • Free access. Teacher if you teach, Business if you make content for teams or events. A code gives it for 90 days, and we send a new one while you keep posting.
  • Your own link. playklapp.com/?fra=p-yourcode, on any page of the site.
  • 30% commission. Of what klapp earns from the customers who come through your link, counted and paid as on the partner page.
  • A mention. If you want it, we list you and your channel on the partner page.

We do not pay for videos, and we do not tell you what to say. Say what you think.

Label it as an ad

Free access and commission are payment in the eyes of the law. Every post, story or video where you show klapp must say so at the start, where people see it before they watch:

  • United States: the FTC Endorsement Guides. Write #ad or Paid partnership with klapp, also in the video itself.
  • United Kingdom: the ASA and the CAP Code. Use Ad or #ad at the start.
  • Norway: markedsføringsloven § 3. Write Reklame or Annonse at the top.
  • Everywhere: turn on the app's own label as well, such as the paid partnership or content disclosure setting.

A post without a label breaks these terms, and we will ask you to fix it.

Terms for creators

  1. The creator programme is run by Cadence AS, Norway (org. no. 912 024 652), which makes klapp.
  2. We choose who joins. You need a public channel, and you must be 18 or older.
  3. If you are accepted, you get a code for klapp Teacher or Business for 90 days. Every 90 days we send a new code if you have published at least one post with klapp in that period. The access ends when the code runs out and no new one comes. It has no cash value and cannot be passed on.
  4. You get 30% commission on customers who come through your link, under the terms on the partner page, which also say how it is counted and paid.
  5. We do not pay for posts, and nothing here obliges you to post. You decide what you say.
  6. Every post that shows klapp is labelled as an ad, as the section above describes.
  7. No pupils' names or faces, and nobody on camera without their consent.
  8. You may use the klapp name, logo and screenshots of the app in your posts. We may share and link to your public posts about klapp, with your name, and stop when you ask.
  9. Either of us can end it at any time by email. Commission already earned is paid as the partner terms say.
  10. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Norwegian law applies.
